  • Most favourable review

Quite comprehensive - not recommended for absolute dummies!

Needed help to master Windows 10, and this may provide it, though I am not there yet. Far too comprehensive to read all of it, but not that easy to 'jump around' to topics of interest - but to be fair, the subject does not help towards that. By comparison, Windows 10 for Seniors, for Dummies has far less content; not enough in it / to suit me, but likely to be far more useful for absolute dummies!

  • Most critical review

    windows 10 for dummies book.

i have not yet got my head around it at the moment just browsing. but it seems pretty good big thick book lots in there. i will let you know at a later date. there could be better ones out there as it still looks a bit complicated? the internet is going to be tricky to use for the older generation. hope this helps.

  • Not a dummies book

Assumes you have an articulate knowledge of present wording to computers . As an 85 year old I find it`s jargon confusing.

  • The Best Way To Bring Yourself Up To Date.

Moving on from a failed XP Pro desktop I needed a reference book that was able to show me all the advances that had been made by Microsoft. I just wish I had more time to read the whole book and run through the changes.
