Alright on a budget
This is a alright CPU. Can still he decent for modern games. However you need to pair it with a decent GPU. You see the more work you give the GPU. The less stress on this CPU. So for example this would be great paired with that aims for 1440p and high settings. As the GPU will be doing most of the work. However if you pair this with a card and aim for 1080 medium.
