Great upgrade
Had this long enough now to have done quite a bit of cooking on it. Season it like the instructions say. It is so easy to clean and food doesn’t stick to it. Brilliant for searing in the centre and the outside ring gives you different temperature zones to move food to as it is cooking. Very solid and heavy as it should be. Overall a great addition to my Webber kettle very pleased with it.

Amazing bit of kit!
Used mine for the first time yesterday and so happy with it, no fear of burning anything, but perfectly cooked food. We did chicken thighs, sausages, burgers, corn, asparagus all in one go! So easy to use due to the fact you can just sear the meat nicely and then move it off the direct heat to cook Slower which was perfect for big chicken thighs! Not sure I’ll ever go back to a normal grille again. I’ve attached a photo of mine fitted my aldi kettle trolley bbq which was a bit of a hot topic this summer!

Easy BBQ
The Hellfire grate grill is brilliant as you can cook anything and everything from vegetables ,fish , bacon and eggs. Chicken is now so easy to cook and the food never seams to burn. If you have food the next day it is still so moist and not dried out like before. We alternate cooking on both sides of the grill. We have bbq so much more since buying the grate grill. Highly recommend.

I had a cast iron centre for my Webber b...
I had a cast iron centre for my Webber but the grill top that holds it eventually rusts away. This full top cast iron replacement is really well made and will last a lifetime. Plus you can’t beat cast iron for cooking with and on. Can’t wait to season and spark up at W/e.
