Great to flavour drinks. I love gin & tonic. A bar man suggested this & when he made one, I loved it. Double measure of gin, add a dribble of passion fruit syrup, (about a teaspoon) slice of pink grapefruit & add tonic. Fantastic drink. I buy this small syrup, as it lasts me about a month.
