    A good addition to the BSD diet book

    The book is easy to read, nicely spaced out and "invites you in" There are some colour photos but not one for each recipe. I prefer the recipes in this book to the ones in the original BSD Diet book. Sometimes I have to adjust the cooking time or temperature to suit my oven but I haven't had any disasters yet. There's something to suit most tastes, though the addition of some vegetarian main meals other than salads would be good in a revised edition. But it's an excellent book and if you're trying to follow the BSD or low carb principles it will be a good addition to your bookshelf.

    Saw the results and benefits to my brother and his fiancé, both diabetic type 2. Results amazing. I was greeted by a different person on my visit. Purchased book, started 5 days ago and have already lost 5lb and started to lower my BMI. I'm not diabetic, nor is my son who is also doing the diet, but it works! It's healthy eating just very low carbs. You don't feel you're missing out on real food.
