Bad purchase
Battery is shot and has no capacity, touch screen has dead spots and the operating system will not acknowledge that a micro SD card memory has been placed in the slot so there is no easy way to increase the memory, as a result only 2GB of memory available, So pretty much a paper weight. Windows Pads
My previous Acer Switch was originally Windows 8 upgraded to 10 and progressively lost drivers with ongoing updates until it became useless. 10" (ish) Windows pads are not that common and this is a first class replacement.Verified purchase: Yes
