Very Disappointed
Extremely expensive, terrible consistency (equivalent of water or juice), taste is ok but not that great, definite aftertaste. I’m a type 1 diabetic so the maltitol-based syrups still affect my blood sugar- I was so excited about this product and it’s natural ingredients, but would never order it again.

Authentic maple syrup substitute.
This is a very useful product for someone like me who is fructose intolerant. It really has an authentic maple syrup taste and texture and I find it an invaluable addition to my store cupboard. It IS expensive, but for someone like me who has no other choice other than to avoid maple syrup-type products altogether, it is essential. I use it very sparingly however. It is a high quality product.

Adds a sweet flavour to my Autoimmune diet. Not maple syrup but pretty good.
For someone on an Autoimmune protocol, finding this product and having a maple syrup type product to have on my AIP waffles/pancakes has made my eating much more exciting. It is not exactly like maple syrup but similar enough to give you the impression of having it. I would highly recommend for those unable to have sugar for whatever reason.
