Love, Love, Love it!!!
Love, Love, Love this coffee machine!! Such a bargain getting a refurbished machine, it came with the cleaning pod and a descaling tablet to start us off and was well packaged in the original box. The machine itself is brilliant, it has a large water chamber at the back (1.4L) with the Brita Maxtra fitting neatly inside (the machine can be used with out the filter) and if the water is running low it will show you on the very clear display at the front, it will also tell you when it needs cleaning/ descaling which really shouldn't be too often if you are using the filters (I live in a hard water area with lots of chalk in the water so I intend to use them regularly to keep the machine working well). The barcode reader is just inside the opening to where the pods are placed and the pods are clearly marked as to which one is placed in the machine first to make you a lovely brew, the first of two very minor inconveniences is that if there is the slightest speck of dirt on the barcode reader then the machine will not start the process, no biggy though as a quick wipe of the reader and off she goes. The display at the front is very clear and will show you when the machine needs cleaning, refilling with water and when it is in the process of brewing, it also has a very large start button so again ease of use is always present. It is a fairly large machine all round (Height: 31.0 cm Width: 27.0 cm Depth: 34.0 cm) but it doesn't take away from its stylish appearance. The only tiny annoyance I have is that the instructions aren't the best, its all in unclear pictures but this has nothing to do with the machine itself and one quick google and you get very clear instructions online as to how to descale/ clean it, so again nothing to do with the machine!. All in all I have to say I couldn't be more happier with my Tassimo Joy 2 coffee machine and fully recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good, perfectly made brew!!.

I had my last Tassimo for four years with no complaints. I decided to get a new one, so I went for a refurbished Joy. It came boxed and looked brand new. cracking cup of coffee for a cracking price,spot on.
I already had a Tassimo coffee machine but it was a bit small, it still made a cracking cup of coffee but the water tank was to small. This new one is perfect, there is very little noise, the water tank is twice as big and it still makes a cracking cup of coffee. Please do not be put off by this being a refurbished item. Ours arrived well-packaged and had no discernible cosmetic damage at all. Having all the information well-documented pre-purchase was very useful. We bought this particular model primarily because my wife's mother owns one, so we had had a 'preview'. Now we are enjoying quality brews at a reasonable price and we don't have to waste time and money travelling somewhere to wait for a barista to produce similar quality product.
