Extended my subscription for a year as expected and for significantly less than normal price. A couple weeks after completing the extension of my subscription with Microsoft, they sent me an email asking if I wanted to purchase an extension (for full price) to extend it beyond March 2017. Got a good laugh out of that. Not happy.
Components like Excel, Word work okay. Outlook, my primary reason for purchase is very cumbersome to adapt when in updating prior versions. Outlook is very troublesome when trying to backup.
