Great price excellent product
Depending on your brand TV using the remote may be a little tricky. Fortunately it came with a wireless keyboard so I only use the remote to turn it on. It came loaded with tons of apps, so much features that even in the space of a week I haven't explored them all. Its fast, responsive and the keyboard feels great in your hand. The hardware on this device is pretty good. software needs updating
The software on this box needs to be removed or reverted to stock then reinstalled with the new uprated versions. Trying to update from current is impossible. Software on it is so outdated all the sources do not work. Online guides are very easy to follow just make sure everything is typed in properly. And you have a very nice setup then. If the downloads/install fails while updating try again until they work. This hardware is the some of the same as most 300-400 USD boxes being sold.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This remote, air mouse works perfect for the price. Very responsive and full of useful features like the air mouse and physical keyboard. I purchased this item as a replacement of the original for the m8s android tv box and I'm very pleased with this purchase. BTW, I also use it with my laptop pc and it is amazing. Bought 4 boxes all work well and super easy to use

Great Media Player..
This player has some problems right out of the box. WiFi and Lan will only provide about 10mbps or less. There is a WiFi fix .zip online that will help - be very careful to pick correct file for this model. Also note, you can only connect to lan or WiFi- not both simultaneously. If your lan is connected, the player will tell you WiFi password is wrong - just unplug lan cable and it will work then. Once you get pass that, all features work great. Works well but needs fast internet
Works well, just need to get used to the format and how to install addons. Once you get this figured out, it works great. The remote however needs to be upgraded. You have to point it right at the box and press the buttons over and over again for it to work. Instead I used a small bluetooth keyboard. Its ok but not that great.
I bought it to watch Curiosity Stream and it wont work saying that this device cant play 4k and CS wont stream on standard HD so i guess i have to stick with kody which by the way is already installed and works good which is still allright for the price so those are my 2 cents.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I am very new to android tv. With a couple of youtube videos I was up and running pretty quickly. It had Exodus installed in "My TV" and it is an exact same screen as the KODI I installed, I guess I doubled it up. The keyboard could use some extra instructions, it was a week before I figured out how to get it to light up. Overall happy so far, I have been using it for a month now. I don't know about any additional storage or extra RAM, but works.
