"SanDisk" is one of those names I encounter everywhere when pursuing my interest in photography when considering purchasing memory products. However, on this occasion I purchased this memory card as a backup device for a MacBook Air laptop computer and I have yet to use this 32GB memory card. When I do use it I expect it to be reliable; all my other SanDisk memory cards are reliable. Speed is pretty much meaningless in this type of application but it is important in photography. As for value, I feel the vast majority of memory products are overpriced but as memory size increases the smaller memory devices become cheaper and therefore better value.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Super Quick with great Reliabilty
I have now had this card in my ''new to me'' Canon 600D camera. I have found it to be faultless, it is far faster than the card that was in the camera when I bought it. The speed is superb; video's on full HD are no problem at all, there is no 'stutter' or blips. I can only say good things about it. I am now considering a second card, so that I can alternate on a daily basis whilst on holiday and download at leisure while still having a card in the camera for the 'moment' shots. Good for HD & 4K video recording
I've found these Scan Disk memory cards to do everything I want them to do. I use them for Video in HD with Extra fine Pixels so has to write to the card quickly. Also some times I need to review when I have just filmed in case of a reshoot. If i go from play to rewind without pressing stop, some cards CRASH! I now have a lot of these and none have failed due to my mis-use! I have used these also with 4K video and have had no issues, they seem to cope well. I do not recommend that you treat them like I have done, but under pressure it's nice to know they can cope with human impatience.
