Excellent. Neat, quiet, not too heavy and only set temperature when you need to change it from one previously set.
Really pleased with this kettle, but wonder if the description might be a little bit clearer re its functions. I am not familiar with Crux and only found this by pure chance. The description is good, but I couldn't find any videos or youtube reviews of it. So I wasn't absolutely100% SURE if this kettle would allow me to set a lower temperature and keep it that way every time I used it. It does! YAY! Not every variable kettle does this. I don't drink anything that requires a 100C boil and it's a pain to have to constantly reset the temperature every time I want a cup of coffee. Also, some of them beep loud enough to wake the dead every time you touch them! THIS kettle is nicely designed, doesn't take up heaps of room, is quiet (for a kettle) and not too heavy. It 'beeps' only to tell you when the job is done and not too loudly. Plus, you only need to set the temperature when you want to change it from the one you previously set. Kettle with a futuristic look
Fast delivery and a great looking kettle. Surprisingly it doesn't boil as quickly as our over 10 year old kettle (tested), even though it claims to be rapid boil, but we still love it. The top of the kettle (see-through lid) does stay condensed at all times after first use - just wipe it off regularly. The beeping sound isn't subtle but it's not terribly loud either, so it doesn't bother us. Great kettle, bit confusing
