The tree assembled easily with good instructions. The quality is much better than I expected making the piece very impressive. My full sized 11 pound cat took right to the tree and loves it. The tree is part of his kitty highway to high shelves around our living room. There was one bolt missing but I managed to get another at the hardware store. Very well made but defintiely not for a big cat.
This is well made but everything on it, platforms, access holes and the like will not accomodate a larger cat. Also, I think to make this usable, the cat would probably have to have claws because some of the features are close to the end of the platform where you might need to dig in to hang on......Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

LOVE IT!
First of all the price was very reasonable and the shipping was extremely fast! Secondly the assembly took less than an hour. And my cats obviously love it because they wouldn't even let me finish the assembly before they were all over it. It blends well with the decor in the living room, the beds on the perches are plush and really soft and comfy, and my wife loves the way it looks too. The only semi negative comment I have is that it needs more of a ledge outside the cat house door opening. All things considered, it was a great investment. Oh my! This is a beautiful tree. We put it together in less than an hour as the directions were very clear. Our cat is an adopted 8 year old. He actually has not ventured beyond the second level but he is using the scratching posts and that was our main goal. Nice condo
The condo is as described. It looks good and is fairly simple to put together. *Pay attention to what bolts go where* it is of good quality even though package was torn. My cat is still getting used to it, but likes the height because she can look out the window. I find the product to be good value because others I have found are over $100 and this one is below.

Cats of all sizes love this cat tree!
