Profound book - taught me so much
I adore this book. I ordered it wanting to understand more about being a shepherd because of what Jesus says about shepherds and sheep. It’s given me lots of insight about that, and much more. This book kind of gets into your soul - lots of wonderful content about place and life and death and vocation and values and community. This is a book I have to read for my Book Group, but I don't like non-fiction. As far as I am concerned it is like reading an awfully long newspaper article, and is therefore boring.
