Author BiographyHaving held the position of Head Baker at exclusive establishments such as Cliveden, The Chester Grosvenor and The Dorchester, Paul began his media career in 2002. He has judged The Great British Bake Off alongside Mary Berry since the start, with the most recent series' finale receiving 14.5 million viewers. The show is now seen in more than 18 countries. Paul has written for the Telegraph, Olive, Waitrose Magazine and the Observer. This is his sixth book.

Another great Hollywood book
As with other Hollywood cookbooks, there are plenty of interesting bakes included, from savory to sweet. Similar to his "British Baking Book", which broke down the U.K. into regional bakes - this is divided into cities around the world with the corresponding bakes. Paul's enthusiasm for baking comes through the pages and is contagious. The recipes are easy to follow and look to be delicious.
