Very nice sturdy product
PROS......Sturdier than I expected for the price. Quite compact so good for a home gym. Padded cross bar for the lat attachment is a nice touch. All the holes lined up fine and fitted together quite easily ( needed a few clamps as did it on my own). If you turn the pull up bar upside down it will give you more head room with slower ceiling height. CONS........ Plans are not very clear (small print) so have someone with good eyesight with you. No pins for J Hooks, I know I'm being picky but safety, security and confidence in you equipment is essential when lifting heavy weight. Also, and being picky again, a small amount of lithium grease or similar for the pulldown machine attachment would be a bonus. Incredible Piece Of Kit.
Was at first sceptical of this product for my gym as many power racks and similar products are far more expensive. This Product however, did not disappoint. It is one of the best pieces of equipment I have in my Home Gym. Incredibly heavy duty and study and made with excellent quality products.
