Since installing I have found out Kaspersky originated in Russia which makes me nervous. The US deleted all ties with them. I am worried about where my ID & information may end up. Setting up the new Kapersky Activation Code for an existing Kapersky User
I have used Kapersky Internet Security for several years without any problems. I have previously bought Kapersky licences and have found that when you try to set up the new activation code you might lose 10 days or so off the new licence when your existing Kaspersky licence expires. Solution ? Go to the main Kapersky website via your existing Kapersky licence box and create a "My Kapersky" account. Once you have done this enter the current details of all your devices that use Kapersky software.The Kapersky system should then automatically upload your existing Kapersky licence details including the number of days left to expiration.You might find old or previously abandoned/unexpired Kapersky licences still running that you had completely forgotten about. Delete and clean up where necessary so that all you have in "My Kapersky" is your current, unexpired Kapersky licences and the up to date details of all the devices that you currently use. Once you buy a new Kapersky licence activation code log on to your "My Kapersky" account. Load the new Kapersky activation code in as a separate licence. Kapersky will then automatically set this new activation code up without interfering with your existing Kapersky licence. The new Kapersky license will then automatically kick in once your existing Kapersky licences expires - so no more lost licence days when you update your Kapersky licence !Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
