    It's far bigger in size and amount of information than I expected. It's not obvious how to navigate through the book. The index could have been done more carefully, to help find specific information. For instance, if you search Paul Bocuse, it gives you a range of page numbers where he is mentioned. It would have been useful to underline in bold the two pages that are solely devoted to his biography.
