This is a treat for my chocolate loving self. I have realised that the hot chocolates are only thicker and frothier with hotel chocolat’s actual products because they have the proper chocolate chip pieces in their sachets which dissolve into the milk nicely in the velvetiser. Remember you have a 220ml limit inside the actual velvetiser which fills up the whole of the cup provided. You get 2 and they are lovely additions. I highly recommend this :)Verified purchase: Yes

The jury is still out on this product
Only used it so far with Cadbury hot chocolate powder & semi skimmed milk but the drink could be hotter and smoother. Guess I have to try the overpriced Hotel Chocolat drinking chocolate and flakes to get the most out of it.
