It's fine, but expensive for what it was. Prices for hot tubs have gone through the roof and some people are clearly profiteering from it. I wanted one quickly so paid up, but in hindsight I would have waited a bit longer and got a better deal. Shop around carefully - the prices vary considerably and demand won't stay so high now COVID restrictions are easing.
One second point is size. It is smaller than the pictures indicate. 4 Adults is the max you can realistically get in - and even then it's cosy. 6 small children, perhaps
Third point (most of you will know) that it takes a long time (18 hours) for the tub to heat water from 10C to 39/40C. With 2kW heat exchanger, that will cost £5-6 in electricity quid each time you use it - and that excludes keeping it warm while you're in it. Overall more like £10 per use in power.
We think this is a very good hot tub it is our second lay z spa our first was a Vegas that lasted for 4 well used years was set up from April to October on the patio. The Milan is a bit more structurally solid then the Vegas . Also the Milan has air jets in the middle as well as the outside making it a more like a proper hot tub.
