HUGE MEMORY BUT SIMPLE TO USE OFF USB POWER AND COMPACT
I wanted a compact, no frills external hard drive that could run on USB and does not require mains power. This Seagate drive fits my requirements perfectly (in fact I have since bought a second one). OK for large storage but has draw backs compared to 2TB versions
great for major storage, but a bit temperamental, not as stable as 2TB versions that l have had for years, sometimes throws wobbly on large transfer files like videos, blue screens you, and needs reboot to connect it ag so really needs to be connected all the time. May well work better on a modern computer, mines 7 years old, but great and no problems. hindsight should have brought two of the 2TB version's, never had any problems with those they are brilliantVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent portable high volume storage device.
Though a used item, it is in pristine condition. It worked straight from the box. It has terrific storage space and is a very useful accessory for a newly acquired laptop.
