Great for hard floors
This RoboVac does what it says on the tin and does it well. I tried the mop function but have decided not to use this on scheduled cleans (whilst I sleep) as I have to remember to fit the mop module and also remove all rugs, as advised by the user manual. I now use the mop on the ‘spot’ clean for the times I specifically need it in a certain area. This RoboVac is ideal for hard floors and that is how it was advertised and why I purchased it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Overpriced
My previous one was vileda relax plus and it served me well for 4 years until the motor burned,decided to change with new model that can mop as well and fully disappointed. Eufy doesn’t compare with vileda in anything and is twice more expensive. That’s another manufacturer’s name scratched on my list.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
