Nearly back to normality again!
I am 53 and have suffered with the horrific & embarrassing problem of feeling hot, sweating profusely face, head& neck, and back soaking wet without any notice for the past 4 years Have tried hrt treatment but didn't work or suit me so have just put up with it ! Definitely worth giving these a go
Ive been having a miserable time - raging flushes, waking up exhausted and in a bath of perspiration. Within about 2 days of taking these I noticed my hot flushes getting less frequent and intense (I monitored them by putting a dot on my arm) and a week on, I'm sleeping like a log and waking up feeling naturally warm, not sweaty. I'm still getting mild flushes after drinking coffee, but they are not so obvious and shorter and I'm ok with 2 flushes a day if I can have coffee! I took some advice on the best natural treatments from a herbalist before seeing these which contain sage and red clover (which were recommended to me) and for the brand quality and price, it's definitely worth giving these a go. It's a 4 week supply and I think you'll know pretty soon if they are working for you. The only other supplement I'm taking is flax seed on my cereal, again on the herbalist's advice.
