Draper Rip Off
Having purchased a 1/2 " drive impact gun, I mistakenly bought the angle grinder, expecting the batteries to fit. After all it was 20V lithium Ion etc etc. On arrival, not only did the 20V battery did not fit but I found I have to buy additional battery and charger to make it work. No power.

Surprisingly good
Having read a review stating the Stormforce battery did not fit this machine I was a little apprehensive. The problem is Draper have three 20v systems, the Stormforce, the D20 and X20 and non are interchangeable, that said this machine does fit the Stormforce batteries. The grinder is surprisingly good, quite powerful too, I used the very thin 1mm cutting blades with it and it romped through hardened steel sheet, it cut through bolts quite easily too. I would suggest that the 1mm thick blades are best suited to a battery grinder anyway, less drag on the motor and battery. All in all I recommend this as a useful piece of kit, it would not replace a corded machine, but great for odd jobs and where power is unavailable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lightweight and easy to use
