End of dispair
After fitting new pump, bags, sensors, relay and fuse and it still didn't go up in the air....i decided on these. I would recommend using 2 sets of spring compressors. One set of 350mm to start. Then use a set of 280mm at the finish. Remove the large set as the long threads will be in the way of the axle. I had 3 compressors on the spring as i was tightening it down. This felt alot safer and you can adjust one if you need to...plus use a mallet to keep tapping the tops of the compresser to make sure they got maximum grip. You wouldn't do this if you were on to spring compressors. It winds easier on 3 too. 5 turns each. You need an M10 tap to put a thread on for the bolts. This is an easy job for most Land Rover owners who are handy with spanners. One other note. Jacking against a flat bag the first sides axle articulation was only 10 inches. I took first spring down to 9 1/4 to achieve fit. The 2nd jacking against a spring i got 12 inches of articulation. You need 2 lorry jacks and axle stands. 5* product.
