I love this product . It really does work and for someone who drinks coffee and I've smoked, it has cleaned up my teeth at least 3 times brighter, which is amazing. I think this a good product for people who have yellow teeth caused by coffee and tobacco but not for me, i don't smoke and i don't drink too much coffee. Used since Oct 2016 - my husband uses Smiles twice a week (recommended by Smiles) but I have been using apx 3 times a week for 2 wks and we have both notice our teeth are apx 80% whiter. I recommend not to use more than twice a week as instructions state as I have notices my teeth being slightly more sensitive than normal. Best whitening product I have used in a long time.
