A good memory stick
Basically, it's what it should be! (Though the displayed capacity is 115GB, not 128GB; I routinely rename these sticks with the actual capacity.). The absence of a protective cap is a pity, the sliding collar protects from sideways stress but the end is open to ingress of dirt, etc.
