Best quality brand in market
These probiotics are the real thing not like the one in stores. If is your first time start with a lower dose. If your body is not use to a higher dose you can have diarreah pain as a secondary effect. Once your body is use to a high dose you will not have any problem. I start feeling improvement on the third day of taking it. They are better than the ones that double the price. 34 strains that is pretty high and nothing artificial. Easy to swallow. Do not leave it in your mouth for too long or it will melt. better to keep it inside the refrigerator or in a cool place even thought it says that do not require refrigeration. I recommend this to " repair" your digestive tract on severe cases or for maintenance every couple of months. I have tried multiple brands and doses. Garden of Life has been the best for me and my condition was very bad.

Every person on the planet should be taking Probiotics. Garden of Life 100 Billion is the ultimate. You would be surprised at how many food are Genetically altered. Just read labels. Our bodys are not equiped to break down and process these foods. This leads to heath issues and all Health issues begin in the stomach. Garden of Life 100 Billion aids in the break down and waste elimination by introducing and maintaining the good bacteria. It will aid in the healing of leaky gut.
