I’m female, I only take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. May cut down to half that, not sure yet. I notice tons of energy throughout the day that you don’t get with ‘the real stuff’, and it also helps my pms/pmdd immensely, more than ‘the real stuff’ does. So far I’m a fan @ only 3 days in. I did get a liver support supplement just to be safe even though I’m using a low dose.......better safe than sorry.
