Great suction. Holds its charge a long time.
B&D have come a long way since their older dustbusters. These newer ones really have the suction, and with the lithium battery, holds a charge a lot longer. I have bought three others as gifts which were well received. Those models sat upright on their cradle chargers, so you have to have a good place to keep them. One person would have rather had a wall hanging type, so I bought this model HLVA315J62 because of its wall hanger. I don't like the little plug that keeps it charged, it gets in the way, and its hard to see which way to plug it back into its charger. ( I put two dots with a sharpie pen for easier connection points) The suction and length of charge is still great, but it looses a star because of the plug.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good machine but NO charging cradle.
I've been using B&D products since the mid 1980's when they took over appliances. I had B&D hand vacuums in 3 of my homes plus my travel trailer. They ALL had hangers with charging cradles. This machine I have to plug in every time it need a charge. Somewhat inconvenient especially as the cord does not stay in it's 'slot'. I had to glue it in place. Fast and easy clean-up.
Dustbuster works great. It is easy to use and simple to empty. We keep it near the kitchen and use it for clean-up. it's not the type of product that we want sitting around on the kitchen counter, so we have found a close inconspicuous spot where we can have it plugged in and ready to use. It's perfect for picking up crumbs that reach the floor. The nozzle is made for use in small spaces, corners an crevices. it also works well cleaning up couches and chairs between the cushions. Pros extremely lightweight and easy to use. Quick suction, gets the job done in less time. More powerful suction than it first appears. A lot of dust empties out. Cons the empty button is large and looks like the start button. At first I accidentally emptied it, the filter falling out. Good Vac
This our 2nd. the first lasted about 5 years. Some of the 'improvements' are not great but overall it works as intended. Why change the orientation of the plug to charge? The bracket for hanging on the wall has been made very cheap and harder to thread the cord thru. The depth has been decreased and the cord will not stay. Luckily the old bracket worked. Just bought 6 filters for the old one when it died. Of course they changed the filter. Why? The more I think about it, it is nowhere near as good as the old one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

As far as hard handheld vacuums go, this one is the best so far that I've ever owned!
