Nice but could do better
We have enjoyed the product several times. However, the product came with the wrong instructions. I had to look at the pieces and figure it out. Tops in popping
We LOVE popcorn. Not so much when its microwaved or air popped; give us the movie theater stuff. So, I purchased this machine as a Christmas present for my husband. Not only does it make great popcorn, it entertains company as everyone gathers round to watch it do its thing. We purchased kettle cleaner. After you run the kettle cleaner which steams up the inner glass walls, the machine is a snap to clean. Just make sure you use food safe glass cleaner! Worthless
OK - it's pretty but it DOES NOT WORK! I got it all assembled, read all the instructions, put the oil in it, turned it on, the stirrer started going around and the oil heated up to steaming. I put the popcorn in and it started making popping noises and I got about 9 pieces of popcorn and it quit. The stirrer is still going around but it's not heating and no more kernels are popping.
