I really like this product. Please use as directed. With all nutritional supplements please consult with a medical professional. With that said, it’s really good with inflammation in the body. It take 6 capsules on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. It helps with circulation and cholesterol reduction. I feel it working in my brain and heart when taken in large doses.
