Great item
I have used this to sand blast a smoke damaged property after a fire, I was using a 3 hp 200ltr compressor to run it I found if I sieve the sand as I fill the tank to take the larger bits out there is no problems of it blocking up Just remember to open the air valve to the out let hose before you open the bottom sand outlet or the pipe fills up to much and you will blow loads of sand out , I found that you do not have to open the bottom valve fully maybe a quarter is enough depends what you doing I cleaned the full brickwork on the rear of a house in a couple of hours Cleans rusty parts in seconds Very impress ,I got loads of things I can clean up with this Should have bought one years ago If you only doing small parts like brake calliper or break discs etc you could use a smaller compressorVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap copy of CLARKE sandblaster
Since we are on the budget decided to go for this one as it seams it is virtually identical to CLARKE sandblaster. Delivery was quick and problem free. Sandblaster comes partly assembled (thats good). Bad thing is that part of it is poorly made. The joint between the air regulator and top of the blaster itself could be machined better - our was of unsatisfactory quality. Threaded part where the silver coupling screws into required LOT of tape to seal the joint properly - but still after a while pressure blowed the tape out and allowed air to escape. Tape was blowed out as soon as pressure reached 7.5 bar. Now in order to use blaster we have to use it as soon as its ends up filling up with air, 10 min later (so the compressor have some rest) pressure drops to 6 bar which is useless. So I guess its bit of luck with this one - your may get one that works great, you may get one that keeps leaking. One thing to mention - if you want to apply fresh tape on the top joint - you have to disassemble both handles and wheels - really annoying fact if you have to re-apply tape 4 times during and hour of operation.

No expectations. Great kit
Bought this to clean up some steel wheels on my trailer as was quoted 3 time the price of this to do em. And have a few other jobs for it. Didnt expect wonders for the price. I have only had a quick go but. Ripped off paint easily. Also looking at doing some timber cladding for a textured look again on trying worked extremely well. Poorly made

Dangerous
Please be careful if you buy this product. Day 1 a hole appeared in the hose sending 10kg if blast through my shop. Day 2 a hole appeared in the brass fitting which acts as the gun. Difficult to regulate to <100psi and therefore very dangerous.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value for money
