I kept reading that Magnesium Glysinate was more absorbable than other Magnesium. I started out taking 2 pills a day. That didn't seem to do much, so I upped it to 4 pills. I'm feeling much better! Leg cramps
I no longer have night time leg cramps. My doctor told me to take these and they really work for me.
