Hornby baby.
Great for any age. Only fault I've found, would be even better if it had Remote Control. If you want a smaller track, just leave out the straight rails.

Perfect for small hands

Great value, attractive train set for kids
It’s a great train set for its price. The train itself is lightweight but runs very well around the track and pretty quickly too! It can be fiddly to align the wheels onto the tracks so I have to do this for my 3 year old son. He absolutely loves his “special toot toot”!
