It's not worth buying this vitamin for this price. Every manufacturer puts information on 1000 iu,2000 and so on, but does everyone know what this is about? It's the concentration of the vitamin in the solution. No manufacturer puts information about the daily requirement, because the truth is that 2000 iu is not even a dose for babies. An adult needs more than 10,000 iu a day. This one contains 1000 iu, so it's not worth buying it. There's 25,000 iu in a pharmacy for 25 pounds. K2 and D3 the best combination
I take D3 in all months with an ‘R’ in it as in UK we don’t get enough sunshine. However, without K2 calcium does not get to the right places in your body so it is essential to take them together.
