No issues. Nice portable external bluray drive.

Okay Blu-ray / DVD / CD External USB Unit
People complain about it skipping, but mine has worked fine. Its dual layer DVD burning can be hit or miss. Most of these units on eBay are listed as new ... but they're actually open box or under 1 year use refurbished (which technically can be sold as new). The do come with with Windows Cyberlink DVD software from most sellers, but the software is outdated and limited function OEM versions. You'll still need to purchase better blu-ray software. As with anything on eBay, you dont always get what you pay for so check if the seller takes returns if you get one of these that are a lemon.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Sleek, slender, stylish and very versatile.
This external blu-ray drive is excellent for how I intend to use it. At the width of a fingernail, it is amazing how this amount of technology can fit into something so slender. In fact, I forget it's even there on my desk because it just blends in with the blackened finish. Very little effort goes into setting it up: Just plug the 2 USB cables into your ports and the special end into the drive itself. It's excellent and compatible for use with a PS3 emulator so I can enjoy my old games without having to drag my PS3 out of storage. Great blue ray drive
It's a very good drive and it includes cyberlink media suite 10, the drive is very stylish, also it includes a built in USB splitter(two male ports for laptops/PCS that don't supply enough power on one) the drive performs very well.

A good value and works well
This Blu Ray Drive appears to be working as well or better than expected. It arrived in fine condition and shows no obvious signs of wear or abuse. Still has the factory-applied protective film. Be aware that if you plant to use this for watching or ripping commercial Blu Ray discs in conjunction with your desktop or laptop computer, then you will need some third-party software such as Makemkv. Perfect external Bluray Player/writer
This external blu ray player and writer works flawlessly and produces perfect BD discs. The Cyberlink programs included with it contain DRM restrictions which make them useless.
