Terrible product
This wok is terrible, the temperature keeps cutting out and then takes ages to come back on, there is no low function, even though the dial shows it, as that doesn’t even simmer, putting it on max just burns the food. The whole waiting time for the temperature to come back up makes the cooking time last way much longer than it should. I had to resort to swapping pans and using my gas hob to finish my cooking. Careful with the lid.
I cut myself by shattered glass when trying to tighten the lid handle. I’m not the strongest and it’s the first time I’ve managed to do this to a glass lid.
