poor delivery
The product itself is good but it was delivered on its edge which caused spillage of ink inside both package and machine. package was not marked with this way up labels, instead a number of post it's were taped to the box written in ball pen. Since then after cleaning up the spilt ink I've managed to print one set of test marks but since then the machine has simply passed through the paper with no print.I'm working with Epsom to sort the problem.

Great value easy to use.
So far this printer has performed perfectly and more than fulfills all the requirements of our family. It was very easy to set up initially, just using the quick guide. The wireless connection took minutes to set up using the WPS on the router and printer and works perfectly every time. The one problem that we have had, is that we have never been able to get the air print to work from either our Apple phones or from a tablet. We have got around this by using the printers own email address. The printer will however print pictures directly from all of our devices and the quality of the prints is very good. Good and Bad.
Printer/Scanner all in one is very good in operation but the software supplied with (Easy Print) it is just awful. It is just so very basic with only a few predetermined choices and is really an insult to the quality of the printer (and to the prospective users). If I had realised how bad it was I probably wouldn't have bought the Printer. A nice Epson printer with durable inc tanks
