Sounds great
Was rather pleased with these. They feel a little plasticy but they work really well. I bought them for someone who wanted to use headphones to watch TV but had no headphone jack on the TV. Tune it every time
At first this looked a good unit. Fitted batteries in transmitter and headphones. on the transmitter is a four way switch on/off + headphones + monitor + audio chat. Also has a built in radio ? The headphones have 3 switches, on/off/volume control, scan and lastly reset. Every time you switch on the headphones you have to re-tune them to the transmitter, of course this has a built in radio, so what do you get first, lots of radio channels. You keep pressing the scan button until it finally picks up the signal you want and in the background is the crackling you get from a radio that is not tuned in to a radio signal. I us it on my computer so I have to play music or some other sound until I find the correct channel. It does come with a cable to go from the headphones to an audio outlet via a 3.5mm jackplug, but that defeats the idea if it being wireless. Oh yes, and don’t leave it switched on as it uses batteries very quickly. Being disabled I spend a lot of time watching old TV series and wanted a simple unit that did not make me sit by the computer but use a comfortable seat where I can relax properly, these are dreadful to use and every time you switch them on you have to put music on until you manage to retune them. Last of all, the overall quality is not great. I wish I had bought a different set but I used my money on these and have gone back to my old wired headphones. Thomson affordable quality TV headphones
2nd pair of Thomson headphones. Replace 5 year old worn, broken & mended set. Good build, sound quality excellent, volume control works well with an apparent wide volume range. The padded ear cups are a little smaller than my old set, and nip one ear a bit, but I'll get used to it!! The signal cable from the back of the TV to the point where I stand the charging base is about half the length of the old one, making siting the base a little difficult compared to previously.. A new stand-point had to be made. Unable to place it where the old one stood for 5 years. BUT I've managed. Pro's outweigh the cons.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well worth the money.
For the price their is little interference with only the occasional when moving with sudden movement. Have attempted to used it on recharge unit but receives distortion so have resoughted to using batteries instead. Radio works a treat with quite a varied choice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wonderful Item
When I made the purchase of these headphones, I did so out of desperation, as my Sennheiser's had packed in. My thoughts were they are cheap and if they don't meet my needs, then nothing lost. How surprised I was at the quality and versatility of these headphones they are excellent for the price. I may buy another set for future back-up should I need it. Good but not great

very small ear pieces
I have bought this item because I am suffering with acute hearing loss due to being treated for cancer with a very aggressive form of chemotherapy, the equipment is easy to set up as long as you follow the instructions and works well, However I do find the earpiece do not fir over your ears rather they actually sit on them forcing your ears back to your head, hopefully in time they will slacken off but at the moment I am having to hold them just off of the earsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
