Great espresso machine
Great machine which arrived promptly. Instructions are clear but have to be read carefully. I have not used the steam spout or made a cappuccino yet, but the espresso is very good indeed. Strangely, Machine has turned off automatically a couple of times when I have removed the filter holder and takes about 5 minutes before it resets. I now clean and refill filter holder before turning the power on to avoid the reset, which must be a safety feature.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Small machine which gives great coffee
It's size is good, not too big. Looks good although the drip tray easily scratches. I had a bean to cup machine previous for 14 years, and as I am now widowed and live on my own, I thought spending on another bean to cup rather extravagant. This one suits me fine, and makes good hot coffee, but as other reviewers have mentioned, you do have to hold onto the machine whilst attaching the coffee holder. Smaller than expected but looks the part
Cleaning is not as easy as you may think but not difficult in the grand scale of things. A bit slow to heat up but that does not bother us as marginal over our previous model which was a Krups. Milk steam frother is good better than our last machine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
