Easy to fit, great value for money: RECOMMENDED
This is a super floor dimmer switch. It is laid out well, so is really easy to wire up. It took me less than 30 minutes to remove the existing on/off footswitch and connect this dimmer footswitch. It has one jumper that may need changing depending on the power of the lamp you are controlling. We are using a 5.5W golf ball LED and it works perfectly in position 1 with full range of dimming and no flicker. The dimmer has a small led that helps locate it in the dark, but its brightness is restricted so that it doesn't distract if you watch movies in the dark or are using it in your bedroom. All in all, this is well designed, simple to install and excellent value for money.
