I bought this for sciatica from my lower back, down the outside of my right leg and into my right foot. Used several of these types of pads, both myself and my wife, but have to say-these are the worst we have ever had! To say they are “heat” pads is totally wrong! The best they can be called is “slightly warm pads”. Neither of us have had any benefit from them. It’s possible they are old stock, or something, but they have not worked!!
