great cheap alternative.
bought this component as a replacement, works just fine, easy to fit and bought one a next size up in length as original was too low for me, so instead of new chair a ram replacement at eighth of the price..bargin!!

Great product at the right price.
Extremely good quality item and far superior to the original that came with the chair. I no longer sink slowly when at my desk. Not easy to fit but if you don't have the right tools then get someone who has,its worth it.

Rejuvenated Man Cave Chair
What do you do in the middle of a pandemic when you find that your chair now has your chin resting on your desk? I really don't like buying any furniture blind, but I nearly did do before I saw this. Within ten minutes of opening the box my chair was back to full height adjustment for a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Definitely worth buying.
Good price and much cheaper than buying a new chair. It takes some hammering and a bit of brute force to remove the old strut but fitting the new one is dead simple.
