Excellent motor
I received this motor and fitted it today. This type of motor varies in price a lot on eBay, with some costing four times as much as this one., so I wondered what it would be like. In fact, it’s a rock solid motor and I can’t really see any difference between this and the more expensive ones. I used a YouTube video to assist and replaced the motor easily. Don't bin your Dyson DC07 just yet!
This motor was used in my old Dyson DC07 and was relatively easy to fit using the directions available on YouTube. Good quality replacement motor for Dyson DC07
Fitted the replacement motor to my Dyson DC07. It was a little fiddly and a special Torx screwdriver was needed to unscrew the casing, but once that was done it was a relatively easy job. The motor is of good quality and the whole job took about 90 minutes to complete. The Dyson is new working perfectly and the suction seems much stronger.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
