To me this seems as good as the Concept rowers in the gym. It’s really simple with a small but adequate control panel. No adjustments to increase resistance so if you want to make your session harder, just row faster, exactly as you would on the water. For a home rower, this is very good value, good quality and easy to assemble (read the instructions). Good value
My exercise consists of mostly running. I wanted something to mix up my training a but and decided on a rower. This one is a great balance of quality Vs price. It's not as good as a concept 2 rower but it isn't far off. It definitely isn't 3x worse, which is roughly how much more you'd need to pay for a concept. Although the resistance can't be adjusted, I've found that it gives a good cardio workout and puts some muscle groups to the test that I don't reach with running alone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Works well, just really noisy.
Easy to put together, no problems there. Works very well does all you would expect of it. Except . . .the seat. I mean it works ok, backwards and forwards as it should, but the noise! It squeaks and grinds so bad, during use. It also feels "loose" in its runners and there doesn't seem to be any adjustment for it. It's not likely to fall off, the rollers in the runners keep it in place, but . . . that horrible noise just irritates and that's why I can't give it 5 stars.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
