Lightweight, easy to use
I have had amagic mouse for a long time so the experience is not a new one for me. It is easy to use as it is lightweight and smooth. It is also wireless which is very convenient. The difference between this and my previous magic mouse is that it has a rechargeable battery. I used to struggle with opening and closing the battery compartment every time they needed changing, now there is no need, just plug it in to recharge. Full price, this is more expensive than a lot of other products but, to me, it is worth paying the extra.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Some reservations but overall happy.
I have probably been a bit harsh on the rating because I am slowly getting used to the behaviour of this mouse. It doesn't sit comfortably in my hand and I often right click when a left click is intended. Having said that, I love the non-mechanical scrolling that I use frequently. In the past, there appeared to be price fixing and I would not have bought at that price but buying at the price I did, I am overall pleased with my purchase. Good product, received in rather pared back form
I bought a second-hand mouse as I was getting fed up of my old Apple mouse (in fact that was the second one I had, the first stopped working and the second I was getting fed up of having to replace the AA batteries on a regular basis). Much prefer the idea of rechargeable having recently also got a rechargeable apple keyboard. I was a little surprised to receive my muse simply wrapped in bible wraps and without a cable too charge it. Excellent engineering but some design flaws
Technically-this is an excellent product-i love the scrolling and look. However I bought this to use with my apple laptop and windows (work) laptop. With windows, the scrolling doesn't work-i tried some extra drivers as well. Also, it's slightly small for my hands and finally the charging port is underneath so you have to turn the mouse upside down to charge so you can't use it whilst charging-don't know why it can't be at the end.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Apple Premium Product at a Premium Price
I love Apple products but I wish I didn't feel like I was made to pay top dollar for the privilege. I bought a cheap imitation at the same time as this and although it too works you can tell the difference in the quality of a build. Why All the Haters? This Mouse is Great!
I've read a lot of negative reviews about this mouse which caused me pause to upgrade from my old one. However, having now taken the plunge I'm pleased to say it's an excellent upgrade and this mouse performs brilliantly. Apple products are not perfect and the pricing is premium, but the support is the best in the business and I would have no hesitation recommending this mouse. Rechargeable batteries are so much better than the old version and yes, you can't use it while it's recharging but I don't really use my phone while it's recharging either and the battery time on this is long - so I don't get all the moaning reviews. There's a lot of new gestures you can do with this though I mainly use it for presenting and I love the fact that I can swipe left and right to easily move forward and backwards through the deck. My original rodent battery operated was showing signs of fatigue and becoming increasingly unreliable so when I saw this rechargeable one at a reasonable price I jumped at the opportunity.
