Fine little radio
Contrary to some of the other reviews I found the sound quality quite ok. You just can't expect to much from a radio this size and price. I can't say how good the reception is which some reviewers thought was poor. Radio 4 Extra comes in fine with no drop outs etc. My Pure MIni II was good enough but the cable on the power adapter broke after about 18 months and then after replacing it I started to experience problems with the receptor for the power supply plug which would probably have been on the main board. far less useful than the previous model which enabled feeling both sleep timer button and choice of three preset programme buttons during the night without having to switch on the light. Was most useful to get back to sleep without having been woken up to programme. ok sound output needs a alarm function " travel radio .."
compact radio ( thin but likely to topple ) footprint if this 2cm it falls over to easy ..! got this as it had DAB+ sounding ok on dab FM is hissy

Very poor reception. Review now edited.
I have sent a message saying the reception is very poor on DAB, and would like to return the radio. My other radios in the house receive DAB very well. Please contact me to arrange return 4th Nov 2017. A return was arranged very quickly, but I persevered with the radio, and it is now working well.
