Good headset, comfortable for the whole day with excellent features, at a great price thanks to eBay.
I’m using this Plantronics headset as I recently became a home-based worker. The very low cost cabled headset I was given by my employer worked but it was uncomfortable, terrible sound quality and meant I was literally cabled to the desk all day. I tried using a very expensive Bluetooth headset I already own, but this was too heavy and too uncomfortable to use all day and the microphone is in the wrong place, so gave issues on conference calls. The Plantronics Voyager Focus has been a great choice for me. It’s very comfortable even after a whole day of wearing it, gives good sound for the audio conferences and the boom microphone has greatly improved the audio for those listening to me. Music quality is good and the integrated controls work remotely with my Windows PC. The noise cancelling capability is useful as it cuts out distractions but still allows me to be aware of someone speaking to me. Thankfully my purchase on eBay was at a good discount against the list price, which made it affordable and means I have a much better quality than I could have expected.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I work at home 2 days a week and do regular conference calls. I bought these to allow me to continue working hands free. Quality set. Comfortable. Compact. Very good sound reproduction considering size. Being on-ear sound does leak but not sufficiently to annoy. The sound cancelling does work but there is a limit to what an on-ear set can achieve ... my Bose QC25s are much better at noise cancelling. The supplied bluetooth usb adapter flashes different colours to tell you whether you are on mute etc which is very useful. The headphone detect when they are taken off and mute the signal. Likewise when you put them back on, they un-mute. Excellent business Bluetooth headset
I've got high end Bluetooth headphones but the mic on them aren't very good for voip calls and webinars etc. I was fed up of my wired headset with boom mic so took the plunge with this BT headset. Wow just wow. Excellent audio quality and with boom mic all my listeners can hear me fine. Love the ability of multi use and have it linked to phone. Simple auto switching between devices. This product allows you to be untethered from your work station freeing you up to move around your office / small warehouse. The receiver distance is better than I expected. As for the fact you can be on a work call or a personal mobile phone call with the 2 point connection is outstanding.
