Perfect replacement Cartridge
Needed a replacement cartridge for an Aqualisa shower as the original was leaking. If you remove the front cover dial of your Aqualisa shower the cartridges are colour coded. 22801 Is the universal cartridge which fits various Aqualisa showers. The cartridge is colour coded on the front, this one has a Grey plastic ring on the front. You need to make sure you order the correct colour cartridge. the cartridge comes with a small screw pack and rear rubber O ring which you should change in the shower body before inserting the new cartridge.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No more scalding/freezing showers!
This item did exactly what it was required to do. Installation was straight forward once the water was correctly turned off for hot & cold. Attempts to remove it prior to isolating the gravity fed water from the loft didn’t end well but was quickly isolated. Aqualisa could and should do better.
Only recommended because other than changing the shower this product has to be used. With time experience showers the cartridge fails and has to be replaced. Aqualisa should review the materials of construction to eliminate the corrosion and or upgrade the non metallic materials used.
